Quality Assurance Policy Statement
SEG provides a wide range of fabricated products, and personnel and equipment services, either to standard specifications, individual client's requirements or as mutually agreed between an indiviual client and ourselves.

The Company's fabricated products are used in bnoth domestic and industrial applications. The stated objective of SEG is to fabricate products that will satisfy the specific requirments of each purchaser. As a result, the Company builds a level of quality into its productss that is of the highest suitable standard.

The Company will maintain an enviable reputation as a provider of quality products and services. Management is not prepared to rest on this reputation however, and through the establishment and maintenance of a quality system to ISO9002, SEG will continue to achive its quality objectives.

SEG places great emphasis on the involvement and contribution of all its employees and it is only through their input that the Company will be able to continue to supply superior prioducts and services.

Training
It is the Schmider Engineering Group's goal to have and maintain a safe, health working envionment for all employees involved in our operations. To achieve this, Schmider Engineering Group

• Ensures Managers, Supervisors and supporting staff are fully aware of their responsibilities for the occupational health and safty of the people under their control.
• Ensures compliance wirth standards, code of practice, regulations and provisions of appropriate state/federal legislative requirements as well as any specific requirements our clients may have.
• Provides all the necessary instruction, Information, Supervision, Traing, Retraining, equipment and education so that all employees are able to carry out their work function effectively and safely and are able to minimise the posibility of damage to goods and equipment at all times.
• Regulaly review work practices to ensure compliance with world best practice and statutory requirements.

Health and Safety
Awareness of and dedication to workplace health and safety for all personnel.

Policies and practices ensuring employees health and safety are of primary importance in all of our day to day operations.

All our Supervisors are qualified Workplace Health and Safety Officers whose upmost prority at all times is the safety and well-being of all personnel, plant and equipment. Schmider Engineering Group maintains it's commitment to safety by strictly adhering to our Health and Safety Policy.
